Patrick Sheil
Patrick started Lab5 in late 2016, and has served as the agency’s chief executive and lead Salesforce Architect. He has over 15 years of experience inEnterprise Software, Business Process Improvement, and Management, including 12 years of specialized experience with Salesforce. He holds multiple architect-level Salesforce certifications, including the Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer credential, and has presented multipletimes at Dreamforce, Salesforce's annual user conference. A self-proclaimed "digital nomad," Patrick can often be found passing through an airport near you, but the places he calls home are Paris, France and Oakland, California. In his spare time, he enjoys internet shopping and collecting Marriott points.

George Costa
A Salesforce enthusiast! Originally from Brazil, but currently based in Italy, George is Lab5's Salesforce Delivery Director with over 6 years of experience, implementing Salesforce projects to provide the best solutions to business processes. He is passionate about working on innovative projects and making a real impact on different industries. With 5 different Salesforce certifications, including Sales,Service and Community Cloud consultant, he inspires productivity in our workspace with his strong leadership skills and business acumen.

Carrie Maldovan
Carrie Maldovan is the Client Services Director at Lab5, has been on the team for 4 years, and is based between Brooklyn, New York, and Arusha, Tanzania. Her background includes leadership in an array of industries including international development, nonprofits, social enterprise, and the tourism industry. As a Certified Salesforce Admin, she specializes in helping clients to use data and evaluation to drive decision making. Most recently she oversaw the build and launch of a set of complex program management features for Google for Startups that leverage a host of Salesforce features to simplify and automate their program business processes, saving hours of their team members’ time.
- Carrie holds a Master's degree in social work and social enterprise administration from Columbia University and has even been brought back to teach courses on social business at the school since graduating.

Elizabeth Kennedy
Liz joined the Lab5 team as a Consultant in 2017. She brings a background in Nonprofit Development and Partnership Management to Lab5 with a specialty in Project Management. She holds three Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Service Cloud Consultant. She loves working with clients to understand their challenges and work together to find the right Salesforce solution.
- Liz lived in New York City for almost 5 years with the main intention of eating her way through the city. She largely succeeded.
- Liz always wanted a pet and finally the time was right - she recently adopted a Catahoula Leopard dog mix who she named Ziggy (Stardust). He's the best!

Monika Williams
Monika joined Lab5 after working as a Solutions Engineer in the Website Translation industry. She previously taught English in South Korea for 3.5 years, before returning to the United States to transition to a career in Technology. She fell in love with the Salesforce Platform and has been committed to empowering organizations to use data-driven solutions to improve mission management. She is passionate about helping others explore and understand the possibilities of technology. She believes in having fun while doing meaningful work and making the complex simple so people can focus on their primary mission. She is proficient in innovating effective business strategies and research to increase market share and optimize business processes. She excels at driving results and organizational improvement as well as identifying and addressing the needs of clients. She lives in Houston, Texas, where she enjoys doing escape rooms, watching corgi videos, and traveling

Doug Owings
Doug Owings is the Director of Development Operations at Lab5, has been on the team for 2 years, and is based in Oakland CA. His background is in logic and formal languages, and he brings specialized experience in cloud architecture, data pipelines, and continuous deployment. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy. Most recently, he has developed automatic Salesforce deployment processes, and the git/Salesforce developer CLI.

Rafael Barreto
Rafael Barreto is Brazilian but he has lived in Portugal since 2018. His professional background is in technology, having started his career back in 2003 as a developer. Currently he plays a Tech Lead role in multiple projects handled by Lab5. Working for 6 years with Salesforce, Rafael has a great international experience as he has been working on projects in different countries such as France, Belgium and USA, and he holds 3 Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1 and Identity and Access Management Designer. Rafael has been part of the Lab5 team for the past year and a half, where he demonstrated high standards of team collaboration leading developers to achieve our client’s expected outcomes.

Jonathan Nguyen
As Operations Manager, Jon works to make sure Lab5 is running smoothly and efficiently. After university, where he obtained Master's Degrees in Law and in Philosophy, Jon used his administrative and creative skills in a number of back of house operational and management roles, as well as designing sales focused digital marketing strategies. Jonathan is a Paris born French citizen currently living in Melbourne, where he enjoys being one day in advance on the IRS.
